Return and Refund policy:

At our company, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed. However, if you receive an item with a visible manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement for the same item.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will only be offered if the product has a clear and visible defect such as:

·      Printing defects 

·      Leather defects 

·      Inside fabric defects 

·      Any other visible
manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a replacement:

· The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. 

·  The item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

·      Photo or video evidence of the defect must be provided.

Replacement Process

1. Contact us at(umer@dekinsports) with your order number and photos/videos of the defect. 

2. Once the defect isverified, we will approve the replacement. 

3.  You may be asked to return the defective product to physical address.

After inspection, we will send a replacement of the same item.

Important Note

·      We do not provide refunds
under any circumstances. 

·      Products without visible
defects are not eligible for replacement.
